I had always intended to use local agents when the time came to sell and the professional way in which you marketed the property amd dealt with potential purchasers thoroughly vindicated that decision. I believe your initial appraisal of the property was spot on and we respected your frank and knowledgeable advice on attainable value. I also very much appreciate Waynes help with the settlement process, in particular his dealings with the council.
